This page details the Hofner Classic acoustic, a new high-end model first included in Selmer price lists in 1967. This flat top acoustic had a significant price - at 75gns it was the most expensive Hofner acoustic model in the Selmer line at this time - even more than the very fine Committee acoustic shown on page 50. Comparable to the 74 gns Giannini 535 (page 61). It was, however, lower priced than any of the Gibson acoustics on the pages that followed.

Built from the finest selected materials by master craftsman - to concert classic specification – beautifully finished with fine in inlaid marquetry around the sound hole.
