The Committee and Verithin basses shown here are largely unchanged from the previous years catalogues - in contrast to the Verithin guitar, the Verithin 66, which had just been redesigned with a new Florentine body style (see page 4).
The Verithin bass was included in Selmer catalogues throughout the decade, but this was the final inclusion of the Committee bass; presumably it failed to sell in significant numbers. These basses were priced roughly the same level as their equivalent six-string models at 75 gns. for the Committee and 64 gns. for the Verithin.
