Eros was a brand created by Rosetti in the mid-late 1960s consisting of re-badged acoustic guitars by Eko (see page 12, and as can be seen here, electric guitars (initially) by Matsumoku. The four discontinued models shown (9520, 9525 guitars and 9521, 9526 basses) have all been replaced by essentially the same guitars with Epiphone branding further on in this catalogue - they even keep the same model codes. See pages 5, 6 and 7 of the Epiphone segment of this catalogue.
These beautiful and well made Electric models are being offered at a very reasonable price. Whilst supplies may be limited, we will do all we can to allocate orders fairly and to the best of our way. Precious wood and noble handcraft.
1971 prices for these guitars were as follows: Eros 9520 semi acoustic £40, 9521 semi acoustic bass £47, Eros 9525 solid body electric £31.75, 9526 solid body bass £37.50.
