Box was torn on one side but everything was packaged so well that nothing inside was even slightly affected. It was also purchased for a good price, I had completed several months of comparison shopping before I bought it. Shipping was fairly priced as well. Some retailers are pricing shipping for a guitar at $100.00. Not cool! I will be saving this seller. Thank you for my beautiful guitar!!!
