This was the final catalog appearance of the twelve string ES-335, and 1970 was the final year of the model's production. In this catalogue, the six string guitar was offered in Walnut finish for the first time, aswell as the previously available Cherry and Sunburst. This was not the case for the 335-12; only Sunburst and Cherry listed on this page.
This electric 12-string thin body adds new fullness and harmony to groups, or provides a spectacular sound for solo performance. The first three pairs of strings are tuned in unison. The second three pairs are tuned in octaves.
