The Bronco was derived from the Fender Mustang, though having just one single coil pickup in the bridge position. This 24" scale guitar was aimed at student guitarists, and was often sold with a Fender Bronco amp as shown on page 54 of this catalog.
The April 1970 price list puts the Fender Bronco at $179.50, with no additional finish or hardware options.
