Two further versions of the Bassman amplifier (see also the previous page), one tube, one transistor, the Super Bassman II, and Solid-State Bassman amplifiers.
The Super Bassman II was a 100w head with two 2x15" cabinets. Like the Bassman and Super Bassman, the speakers were optionally Fender heavy duty or JBL D140F. The Solid State bassman was 105w, and was fitted with three Fender heavy duty 12" speakers.
Both were relatively new amplifiers, with the Solid State Bassmaster debuting in 1968 and the Super Bassman included in full-line catalogues from 1970.
List prices (US, April 1970) were: Super Bassman II $1215 ($1510 with JBL speakers), and Solid-State Bassman $625 ($840 with JBL speakers).
