These were produced at a time when CTS amp pots were being made in a Mexico facility. I believe they are 100K pots but one has mfg code 000651 and the other 000653 if that aids in identifying them. Original Victoria luggage company Brown canvas cover originally on a 1962 Bandmaster. The original owner put some holes through the top of the cover (a common user modification) so that the thumb attachment screws would protrude and connect to the amplifier head. These holes are at 25 inch centers which would be the correct spacing for the Bandmaster. The Bandmaster model would be 6G7-A with 2x12" Cabinet.
