Epiphone 1961 full line catalog, page 11. The second page (of three) showing Epiphone Amplifiers. Eight models are shown in total, each with a model name shared with a (then) current or older guitar - though, naturally with differing product numbers. When some of these models appear in this catalog, it does seem somewhat unnecessarily confusing, but perhaps it was a means of inducing a guitar buyer to also purchase a matching amplifier?
This page shows the Epiphone Century (EA25T), Epiphone Challenger (EA32T), and Epiphone Devon (EA35 and EA35T) amplifiers. The Century and Challenger were both 14w amps, the Century fitted with a single 15" speaker; the Challenger with a single 10"; the Devon was rated at 9w, with a single 12" speaker.
This would be the only catalog inclusion for the Century and Challenger models, both being replaced by the Epiphone Pathfinder in the 1962 Epiphone catalog.
